Office Manager

Are you looking for a new opportunity as an Office Manager? We have the perfect role.
The role is based in Cranfield and its working for a great company with a family feel.
Duties to include:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Organise office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Provide administration support to all project team members in a variety of project tasks as and when required to include raising of purchase orders, variations, bank line requisitions, pre-qualification questionnaires, organising and taking minutes for project/ team meetings, submitting of expenses, photography labelling and filing.
Provide ad hoc administration assistance as directed by the Director of Projects and Sales
Provide absence cover for the Customer Service Manager which will include answering customer service calls and emails efficiently and professionally as directed, logging all communication on the Customer Service database.
This role is a full time office based role and it is working with a great bunch of people!
