SaaS Software Support Analyst – SQL & Azure (2nd Line)

Job Description

VIQU IT Recruitment is hiring a Software Support Analyst in Milton Keynes to provide second line support on their cloud SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in software support roles with a strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to communicate with various audiences.

This role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and assisting customers with technical issues. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus bonus.
