Opportunity

As part of our ongoing succession planning, we are seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors to join our Group Board and Committees. These are challenging and exciting times for Trident Group, as economic pressures on our customers increase and the demand for our services continues to rise. These are senior appointments demanding not only a high level of commitment, but the expectation that successful candidates will contribute to developing and maintaining an effective and high performing Group Board. For NED positions, previous Board experience is essential and we particularly welcome applications from candidates with demonstrable experience from ideally a private or third sector background of;

Risk management

Our NED roles are remunerated, and the current rate is £5,300.00 per annum.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of our vision, mission, and long-term goals.

Governance: Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including residents, partners, and regulators.

Financial Acumen: Review financial performance and ensure financial sustainability.

Diversity and Inclusion : Champion diversity and inclusion within the organisation

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Proven track record as a Non-Executive Director or equivalent leadership role.

Sector Knowledge: Understanding of social housing, care, and support services.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities.

Commitment: Dedication to our mission and values.
