What will you do in the role?

As an Associate Solutions Developer, you’ll help deliver innovative data and analytics solutions to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations, working cross-functionally to drive digital transformation.

You Will:

• Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development
• Implement data-driven solutions to optimise performanceAnalyse engineering workflows to identify improvements
• Integrate digital tools with existing systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards
• Assist with training and adoption of new technologies
• Create reports and visualisations to share insights

We’re looking for a data-focused problem solver with a passion for engineering innovation.

You Will:

• Demonstrate experience of delivering data driven or technical solutions in a technology or engineering environment
• Communicate effectively across all levels
• Be analytical, detail-oriented, and creative in problem solving
• Be self-motivated, adaptable, and delivery-focused
• Have strong organisational skills
• Hold a STEM degree or equivalent

Beneficial skills:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or Skywise
• Experience with any of the following:
  • Python
  • PySpark
  • SQL
  • HTML
  • CSS
• Understanding of Airline Engineering Operations
