Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer in the Engineering Technologies team, you will blend aircraft maintenance expertise with cutting‑edge digital solutions, delivering innovative data and analytics insights to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations. You’ll develop predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives, working cross‑functionally to drive digital transformation.

  • Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development
  • Implement data‑driven solutions to optimise performance
  • Analyse engineering workflows to identify improvements
  • Develop predictive maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and enhance safety
  • Integrate digital tools with existing systems
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards
  • Assist with training and adoption of new technologies
  • Create reports and visualisations to share insights

Qualifications

  • Communicate effectively across all levels
  • Be analytical, detail‑oriented, and creative in problem solving
  • Be self‑motivated, adaptable, and delivery‑focused
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • Have knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL
  • Hold an Aerospace Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Have experience in Airline Engineering Operations, ideally Part‑CAMO

Beneficial skills

  • Be experienced with Palantir Foundry or Skywise
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
