Description
The Role:
Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements
Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
Liaise and collaborate with other departments
Support with preparation of financial audits and tax returns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in similar role. such as Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant etc.
IT proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience using an integrated ERP system, such as SAP, preferred
A solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering, an advantage
