The Opportunity: Nigel Wright Group are supporting a tech business in their search for a Sales Development Rep. Our client provides a SaaS solution in the tourism sector and this role plays a pivotal part in the business growth plans. Bridging the gap between the sales and marketing teams, the SDR will working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and the Marketing/Product team. Establish strong and trust-based relationships with customers.
Create acquisition and nurture campaigns to support growth activity, utilising the enablement tools to optimise productivity

Support the design, development and updating of user training strategies, plans and materials.
Manage the CRM (SalesForce) and ensure customer data is kept up to date and relevant.
Working with various teams within the Company, as well as external partners, to ensure the success of the company’s customers.

Person Specification: Experience in working within a similar role, combining Sales and Marketing activity to secure new business opportunities.
Experience of working with a complex SaaS platform.
Knowledge of the Travel, Hospitality, Attraction or Experience industries preferred but not specifically needed.
Experience in creating product material and sales collateral
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and a team player, but with the ability to work independently and make proactive decisions.
Must be driven, self-motivated, self-starter.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively on several active projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to fit into a dynamic team environment.
