Security Engineer

Senior Security Engineer | Managed Security Services | London

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Security Engineer to join a growing Managed Security Services team in London (Hybrid).

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working across Security Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust, exposure management and cyber asset visibility, while working directly with customers to improve their security posture.

What you’ll be doing

• Deploy, configure and operate enterprise security platforms across customer environments
• Manage BAU operations, platform health, upgrades, policy and configuration changes
• Operate and optimise SSE capabilities including SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA and RBI
• Support Zero Trust and conditional access initiatives
• Run exposure and vulnerability management programmes aligned to CTEM
• Identify, validate and prioritise vulnerabilities based on real-world exploitability and business impact
• Use CAASM platforms to identify asset visibility and security control gaps
• Troubleshoot complex cloud, identity, device and network access issues
• Produce customer-facing security reports and present findings during service reviews
• Develop runbooks, operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement
• Help develop the organisation’s growing Microsoft Security capability

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise security platforms
• Excellent SSE experience across SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA and RBI
• Netskope experience is highly desirable
• Experience across vulnerability and/or exposure management
• Strong enterprise security operations background
• Experience within managed security services or multi‑tenant environments
• Good understanding of Zero Trust and identity‑based access control
• Strong troubleshooting and customer‑facing communication skills

Nice to have

• Netskope certifications such as NCCSA / NCCSI
• CTEM, CAASM or breach and attack simulation experience
• Knowledge of CVSS, EPSS and CISA KEV
• Microsoft security certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, SC-401 or SC-100
• Experience presenting security posture findings to customers
