A basic salary of up to £30,000
Realistic OTE of £38,000 (Uncapped)

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:
Conducting Team Morning meetings
Overseeing Branch
Managing the team to exceed targets
Assistant with the branch pipeline
Team, guide and mentor new members of staff
Leading by example
Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed
Vendor reviews to ensure up to date photography and pricing
To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following:
Strong leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
Strong proven track record in Sales or Lettings
Knowledge of the local market
Strong organisational skills
Able to support the team
Driven and hungry for success
Have the ability to think on your feet
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
