We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves a balance of recruitment, employee relations, and generalist duties, contributing to the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Day-to-day of the role: Lead the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with department managers.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Develop and implement HR policies and systems to support strategic objectives and ensure all HR operations are carried out smoothly and effectively.
Manage the HR department’s budget and report on current and future staffing needs.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees and management.
Organize and oversee employee development and training.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
