Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing the CEO and senior leaders' diaries, arranging meetings, and prioritising commitments to optimise their time and productivity.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and producing high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external audiences.
Handling sensitive correspondence with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Supporting business development activities, including stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate relationships and operational activities.
Managing miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the leadership team's strategic objectives.

Executive Assistant Experience Essentials
Proven experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within regulated sectors such as aviation, healthcare, legal, or financial services.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Supportive attitude, with proactive problem-solving abilities and a warm, approachable manner.
Location
