Responsibilities:
Craft bespoke, high-end travel itineraries tailored to the clients' desires.
Ensure all products align with the company ethos, promoting sustainable and responsible tourism.
Provide exceptional customer care from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring memorable experiences.
Meet and surpass sales targets through proactive lead follow-ups and attentive client feedback management.
Skills/Experience Required:
Exceptional written and sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
Maintain impeccable standards of customer service, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flourish in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with ease.
Exhibit a positive attitude towards teamwork, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong organizational abilities.
Previous experience in the travel industry crafting high-end, tailor-made itineraries is preferred.
