I am working with an incredibly exciting organisation, seeking a Sales Consultant to join their fast-paced and expanding travel organisation! Based in the centre of Cheltenham, this a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for travel, to start their career within this exciting and growing industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the progress of bookings from start to finish
Designing tailor-made itineraries, working towards budgets and booking availabilities
Contributing to team sales targets
Negotiating rates with providers
Reliably follow all company processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
To work in close partnership with the Sales Manager
Preparing quotes
Establishing client requirements and creating bespoke itineraries
Maintaining accurate records on the reservation system
Managing clients requests to the brief
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a global clientele
The Candidate:
Must have previous experience working within sales
Previous experience within travel sales would be highly advantageous
A passion for travel is a must!
A good level of geographical and general knowledge of Europe is desirable
Articulate and creative
The ability to liaising with
Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry
Experience working towards sales targets and achieving
Must have an exceptional telephone manner and written communication skills
The ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships
