Coordinator

Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £14.71 P/H
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
Contract: please note, this is a 12 week temporary contract.

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Coordinator to join a busy operational team within an established organisation. This is a varied role involving scheduling, administration, customer communication and coordinating field-based teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and within agreed timescales.

The Role
Coordinate and manage diaries for field-based staff, ensuring appointments and workloads are scheduled effectively.
Liaise with managers, surveyors, operatives, contractors and customers to coordinate work from start to completion.
Arrange customer appointments, provide updates and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
Coordinate relevant documentation, certificates and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Raise and manage purchase orders and support financial and administrative processes.
Monitor workloads, priorities and outstanding jobs, using internal systems and dashboards to ensure work is progressed appropriately.
Produce reports and analyse data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Raise jobs and liaise with external contractors and suppliers where required.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team and line management. You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling or administration role.
Experience prioritising a busy workload and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence liaising with customers, managers and external stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using internal databases or similar systems.
Experience of scheduling appointments, jobs or field-based teams would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
