The Opportunity

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative solutions across water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects throughout the UK.

This is a key leadership role within our delivery function, overseeing projects from concept through to commissioning. You will play a central role in shaping sustainable infrastructure that supports communities and the environment for the long term.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment

Oversee project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations

Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders

Embed health, safety, and sustainability considerations into all engineering outputs
