We have a new opportunity for a Head of Sales and Operations to support our client’s growth over the next six months.
My client is a well-established national organisation working within the home improvement sector. They have a new opportunity for a Head of Sales and Operations to support them in driving the business forward. Working with the wider senior leadership team you will manage and drive the sales and operations of the business to increase sales and ensure projects are delivered effectively. Directly managing a small team, you will create a positive, proactive working environment, motivating staff at all levels.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive the right behaviours within the organisation creating a positive and proactive culture. You will have a proven track record in increasing productivity and driving focus. Travel between sites is required with a permanent base in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
