Machine Operator

Job Description:
Taskmaster Resources currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established and successful manufacturing company to work for our client based in S66 area in Rotherham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment who is comfortable operating machinery and working to high quality and safety standards.
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour + shift allowance Shifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Setting up machines and making basic adjustments where required
Loading materials/components into machinery
Carrying out quality checks on finished components
Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
Completing relevant production documentation
Following all health & safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Key Requirements
Previous machine operating experience is essential
Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
Good mechanical awareness and confidence working with machinery
Ability to follow technical/work instructions accurately
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
Must be able to work all three rotating shifts, including nights
Previous experience operating machinery within engineering, metalwork, assembly, automotive or similar manufacturing environments would be particularly advantageous.
