About:
One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
Located in the flagship Store on Bond Street OR in a High Luxury Department Store in Knightsbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers. When possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements:
Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality, excellent command of English.
Experience working in luxury in a fast paste environment.
Experience hosting clients, managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.
Offering:
Salary up between £30,000 - £35,000
