With over two decades of expertise in these sectors, we can be your expert partner in identifying the ideal candidate or career move.
Working with the MD you will be trained on:
Direct and indirect sourcing candidates
Screening candidates
Interviewing
Writing winning adverts
CV writing
Inputting information onto the data base
Searching data bases, adverts, job posts etc...
Social media – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc…
Interview confirmations
Research clients
Identifying business opportunities
Adhoc projects and administration.
Filing
Ideal Intern:
A passion / interest for a career in fashion recruitment
Currently studying or studied Human Resources OR Retail / Fashion Management
Has some experience working within a fashion / retail store or head office
Some experience as a fashion sales consultant / administrator
Enjoys researching (able to think outside the box!)
Reads the latest fashion blogs and online articles and aware of designers / brands
Active on social media
Must be articulate with a good command of written and spoken English (additional languages would be a beneficial)
Confident in face to face situations and on the phone
Organised and methodical in approach with a strong work ethic
Able to engage and respect with all cultures and races
Curious and eager to prove yourself
Shows initiative
to work in an office / from home/ company visits
Benefits: £400 towards Travel and lunch per month,
Bonus paid on successful placements
Potential for a permanent role
