Mulberry is delighted to be opening a brand-new store and we are looking for an inspiring Team Lead to join us from 1 November and play a key role in supporting the team and creating an exceptional customer experience from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, contribute to the success of a new Mulberry store and be part of an exciting period of growth for the brand.

At Mulberry, our Supervisors are called Team Leads because people and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do. To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about supporting and developing others, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and committed to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

We want you to strive to be an expert within your field, lead by example, and be excited to play your part in delivering our 'Back to the Mulberry Spirit' strategy.
