Salary: £37,000 Basic + Bonus + Commission
Location: Field-Based
Reporting To: Service Operations Manager

The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering business for a Customer Service Engineer to support customers across a designated territory. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive service visits
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
Manage your territory effectively and meet service targets
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Provide operator training and technical support
Identify opportunities for additional products and services
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Support colleagues and assist with coverage outside your normal area when requiredWhat We're Looking For

Good understanding of electronic systems
