Embedded Software Engineer

The Opportunity As an Embedded Software Engineer, you'll work on low-level firmware and embedded systems development across a range of next-generation products and prototypes. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, working close to hardware, and contributing within a fast-moving R&D-led environment where innovation and experimentation are actively encouraged.

What You'll Be Doing Developing and maintaining embedded software for ARM Cortex-M / STM32-based systems

Designing and implementing new firmware features and capabilities

Debugging and resolving low-level embedded and hardware integration issues

Working with communication protocols including CAN, UART, SPI and I2C

Supporting board bring-up, integration and system-level testing

Contributing to performance optimisation, reliability improvements and code quality

Working on connected and intelligent systems with real-world applications

What We're Looking For 2-3yrs at least of commercial experience in embedded systems / firmware development

Strong Embedded C programming skills

Experience working with STM32 or similar microcontroller platforms
