Data Leadership Coach (fully remote)OverviewWe are looking for experienced Data professionals from industry who are passionate about helping business leaders become more confident and effective with data.This is not a technical Data Engineering or Data Science role. We're looking for people who understand how organisations can use data to make better decisions, improve performance and drive business transformation. This could suit people from Data Strategy, Data Consulting, Data Transformation or Data Leadership backgrounds, particularly those used to working with senior, non-technical stakeholders.You do NOT need previous coaching, teaching or apprenticeship experience.If advising leaders, facilitating workshops or helping organisations become more data-driven has formed part of your role, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Data Leadership Coach, you'll work with non-technical managers and leaders to help them use data more effectively. You'll use your own real-world industry experience across areas such as:Data literacy & data-driven decision makingData strategy & transformationKPIs, metrics, dashboards & analyticsUsing data to improve business performanceCommunicating & storytelling with dataBuilding a data-driven cultureThis isn't about teaching people to code. It's about helping leaders use, interpret and challenge data to make better business decisions. What We're Looking ForStrong industry experience within Data, Analytics or Data TransformationExperience helping leaders use data to drive business outcomesConfidence working with senior, non-technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of data literacy and data-driven decision makingExperience presenting, facilitating, consulting, coaching or enabling othersExcellent communication skills and the ability to make data simple, practical and commercially relevantWe're primarily looking for industry practitionersYou do NOT need to have worked as a Data Coach / Apprenticeship Coach / Trainer / Teacher / Lecturer before.This is a remote working role paying £60,000 - £65,000Please get in touch for more info:
