Data Coach / Data Trainer – Industry Data BackgroundLocation: RemoteWe are looking for experienced Data professionals from industry who are passionate about helping others become more confident and effective with data.This could suit people working as Data / BI / Analytics Consultants, Data Analyts, Data Enablement professionals or in similar customer/stakeholder-facing data roles.We're particularly interested in people who have applied data in real organisations – solving business problems, working with stakeholders and helping others understand how to use data to make better decisions.The RoleAs Data Coaches / Trainers, you'll help professionals and business leaders build their confidence and capability with data.You'll use your own industry experience and real-world examples to make data practical and relevant, covering areas such as:Data analysis and interpretationData literacy and data-driven decision makingBI, dashboards and visualisationData storytelling and communicating insightsKPIs, trends and performance analysisUsing data to solve commercial and operational problemsCommunicating data to non-technical stakeholders You do NOT need to be an expert across every area. What You'll Be DoingDelivering engaging data workshops and training sessionsCoaching professionals on applying data within their rolesBringing real-world examples and industry experience into learningHelping non-technical audiences understand and use data confidentlySupporting learners with genuine workplace challengesMaking complex data concepts simple, practical and engaging What We're Looking ForStrong industry experience within Data / AnalyticsExperience applying data to real business problemsConfidence working with clients, customers or senior stakeholdersExperience presenting, facilitating, training, coaching or enabling others as part of your roleExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain data simplyExperience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL etc would be beneficialWe're primarily looking for industry practitioners rather than traditional trainers. (You DO NOT need to have worked as a Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Teacher / Lecturer etc before)This is a permanent position paying £60,000 - £65,000 (maybe negotiable)Please reach out for more info:
