We are looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to join the team in this popular day time bistro & coffee house serving elevated and sustainable fresh food.
The menus are creative and modern with some Asian fusion and lots of pickling, smoking and ferments. There is plenty of input for a talented sous chef to showcase their skills.
We need a strong sous chef to run a service and motivate the team.
The latest you finish is 4pm so some great work life balance. The menus are a shared effort so we are looking for someone super creative that can have menu input.
You will be strong enough to cover the head chef and lead a service when needed.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-established site going from strength to strength.
This would suit a strong sous chef with a stable background and experience in a busy restaurant, Bistro or Independent with some menu freedom.
