Service Designer - Circa £450 per day outside ir35 - Remote - 5 week discovery with likely extensionMy client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for a Service Designer with GDS experience to join a central government client of theirs. Must have GDS/gov.uk experience.Bonus points for interaction skills and being able to turn their hand to prototyping. Key responsibilitiesDocument as-is and to-be user journeys, including referral routes, user roles and key service touchpointsCreate a draft service design blueprint describing the proposed end-to-end referral service, including referral process, organisation interactions and operational considerationsWireframing and prototyping (stretch)Support validation of the MVP based on known constraints and enablersContriubte to a Discovery findings and recommendations report covering validated business requirements, user needs, operation constraints, expected volumes, risks and dependenciesContribute to the delivery roadmap for the subsequent phase(s)Service Designer - Circa £450 per day outside ir35 - Remote - 5 week discovery with likely extensionDamia Group Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
