Platform Engineer

If you're someone who enjoys automation, continuous improvement and working with modern cloud technologies, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingDesigning, building and supporting our internal developer platformDeveloping and improving infrastructure-as-code capabilities to create consistent, repeatable environmentsMaintaining and enhancing CI/CD tooling and build automation frameworksSupporting deployment automation and helping teams deliver reliable releases to productionWorking closely with development teams to improve scalability, performance, security and reliabilityIdentifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve developer experienceChampioning cloud engineering best practice, security and operational excellenceWhat We’re Looking ForStrong software engineering experience with .NET and/or PowerShellHands-on experience working within Agile and DevOps environmentsStrong knowledge of Microsoft AzureExperience designing secure, compliant cloud infrastructureInfrastructure-as-code expertise using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform or similar toolsExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Jenkins or Octopus DeployExperience with Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Cosmos DB or RavenDBExposure to secure development practices including SAST, SBOM generation and vulnerability scanningWhy join System C?At System C, you'll work alongside talented people who care deeply about making a difference.
