Support Worker

Support Worker Full Time

Location: Tadley

Hours: Full-time opportunities available. Flexibility is required Monday to Sunday across a rota covering all shifts.

Salary: £25,845 per annum (pro rata)

A full UK manual driving licence is desirable. Applicants should be willing to drive the service vehicle where required.

About the Role

You'll be supporting adults with complex health needs and learning disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.

This role includes providing personal care and supporting individuals with a wide range of daily activities. The people you support enjoy being active within their local community, so this is a varied, rewarding and hands-on role where no two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be:

Supporting people to live independently while promoting choice, dignity and respect.

Encouraging people to stay connected with family, friends and their local community.

Assisting with daily living tasks including shopping, household duties and managing finances.

Providing person-centred personal care where required.

Supporting individuals to access hobbies, interests and community activities.

Helping people achieve their personal goals and celebrate their successes.

Driving the service vehicle where required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Caring, compassionate and reliable.

Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Comfortable providing personal care.

Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.

A confident communicator and supportive team player.

Willing to learn and undertake training.

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.

Driving Licence: A full UK manual driving licence is desirable, and applicants should be willing to drive the service vehicle where required.
