An incredible leadership opportunity has arisen within a high growth business for an individual to lead, develop and grow cross functional teams within a regional area of the business, including sales, marketing and operations.
This role requires a commercially focused, results driven, passionate leader who can truly motivate and drive sales teams, as well as ensuring operational excellence.
Playing a critical role in leading teams to achieve exceptional performance, maximize EBITDA, Operating Profit, Return on Investment, and Return on Cash from both new and existing business in their area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Management – Maximise the development potential of the area through business review and setting action plans
Sales Leadership – Pro-actively increase sales performance by networking and generating leads. Partnering with sales teams to penetrate new business where required, driving awareness of revenue targets, and consistently measuring and communicating results
Leadership / Team Management – Visible leadership throughout your area. Recruit, train and develop exceptional team members who will further drive the success of the business
Customer Service / Operations – Take ownership for driving operational excellence, and deliver customer retention and NPS satisfaction targets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed. Commercially focused, results driven with a strong track record of growing a business
Senior sales leadership within a B2B solutions business
Exceptional stakeholder skills at all levels
Demonstrable experience in recruiting, training, developing and leading sales teams to excellence
KPI Driven Leadership Style - used to over-achieving against targets
Track record of improving results month by month
Ability to read and interpret the financial statements and reports
Motivated, self- reliant, ambitious, and looking to join a team with significant growth aspirations
Willing to travel across a UK region for up to 50% of time
