The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our growing development team in South Wales. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you will work closely with a long-standing senior developer and the wider technical team, building deep expertise in an established platform while contributing directly to its ongoing modernisation. This is a genuine opportunity to grow into a key long-term technical role within the business.

Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing development and maintenance of existing software platforms.

Work closely with senior technical staff to build deep system and architectural knowledge, contributing to technical decisions rather than just observing them.
