You will support and assist tailored business solutions, while assessing user concerns and inquiries, offering implementation or guidance. Delivering technical assistance for Hardware repair and configuration for business-specific devices, Installation, upkeep, and resolution of PC applications.

Supporting internal data and voice networks and infrastructure
Providing user training (internal and external)

Conducting installations at depot and customer sites as needed
Salary:
My client are offering a salary of between £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience. They are also offering a range of excellent benefits including work-from-home opportunities.
