Working Pattern: Full Time
Hourly Rate: £15.38
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:45pm
Friday: 8:30am-3:00pm
Total: 37.5 hours per week
As a Direct Sales Support Executive, your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. You will play a vital role in responding to customer and brand inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.??
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve inbound key rental account enquiries
Answer and manage verbal and written inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with key rental account customers
Collaborate closely with the Rental team
Update and maintain records for quoting, contracts, and customers
Follow and work within the current fleet process
Own customer issues through to resolution
Coordinate effectively with colleagues across different departments
Monitor performance to meet targets, deadlines, and procedures
Maintain a customer-focused approach, providing value-driven services
Initiate and activate new Key Rental Account contracts
Prepare and deliver reports to HQ teams
Ensure adherence to regulations and requirements
Manage the de-fleet process at the end of contracts
Adhere to formal regulatory processes and policies
Fulfil other reasonable duties as required by management

Experience:
Previous experience in a Customer Service position Essential
Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry preferred
IT Skills:
Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Word
Experience in workflow management systems Desirable
