We are seeking a motivated Sales/Account Manager to join this team at a pivotal moment of expansion for an exciting product. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the team and contribute to the growth and success of this creative, close-knit business.

Responsibilities:

As part of this creative workshops and events company, you will act as a key POC for enquiries and manage the workshop sales through to fruition while providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling enquiries and converting leads to increase sales and satisfaction for both public and corporate clients.

Conducting approximately 2-3 workshops per week (training provided).

Participating in sales and marketing activities, including pitching new products and services to corporate clients and retailers.

Assisting in event planning to ensure seamless execution of workshops and special events.

Managing occasional Saturday workshops (approximately 1-2 Saturdays every 5 weeks.)

Providing operational support, including managing bookings, venue availability, and sourcing venues.

Experience and Skills:

Ideally 1-2 years of work experience in a similar sales/ client facing position or similar relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, energetic personality.

Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Confident, target-driven, and resilient.
