Were recruiting a Head Chef for a quality Dartmoor hotel, leading a brigade of 89 chefs and delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes to a Rosette standard .
This role suits an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous ready to step up.
What Youll Do
Lead and develop an 89-person kitchen brigade
Deliver consistent Rosette-level food across all services, including restaurant, bar and small events
Create seasonal menus using local produce
Manage ordering, suppliers, stock and GP
Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards
What Were Looking For
Rosette experience (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and communication
Creative, organised and commercially aware
Passion for local, seasonal ingredients
Calm, positive approach in a busy hotel kitchen
Salary & Benefits
