Executive Head Chef - Twin Hotel Facility - Mid Devon - Possible Live-in Available - £50K NEG
We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef with experience of working as Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef level.
This is a new position within the business and you will oversee Head Chefs and their teams in two separate sites. You will assume the duties of an executive head chef and implement changes slowly to adapt and improve the smooth running of the operation.
You will design, plan and oversee the food operation with a hands on approach, demonstrating excellent leadership skills. You will be organised in your approach, teaching new skills and techniques as required. You will inspire the teams to produce high quality dishes prepared from largely fresh locally sourced ingredients.
