We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a fantastic brigade. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career and work closely alongside the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
The successful Sous Chef will play an important role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to lead the brigade and ensuring consistently high standards across the kitchen delivering an unforgettable experience. The kitchen focuses on modern European cuisine, combining high-quality ingredients, creativity and contemporary techniques.
