Job Description

Team Educate are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistants to support early years settings across Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in young children’s development.

The Role

* Supporting children in their early years development (ages 0–5)

* Assisting with daily nursery routines, including play, meals, and activities

* Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

* Working alongside staff to support children’s learning through play

* Supporting children with additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate

* Passionate about working with young children

* Patient, caring, and reliable

* Confident in a nursery or early years setting

* Willing to learn and develop new skills

* Previous experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential
