We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst based in the UK, with experience in SN projects and ITSM systems and processes, to aid in our client’s implementation strategies. This is a 3-month contract which might extend, 100% remote.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to work with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solution
Creating business workflow diagrams, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including training.
Tracking and documenting decisions.
Working directly with the business owners of the specific areas who own the processes as well as new stakeholders and IT groups in operating companies.
Participation in project Execution, Training and Cutover.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
5+ years of business analysis and related experience.
High level of proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM .
Experience working with global teams and inter-company processes.
Strong organizational, communicational, time management and planning skills
Self-motivated, with excellent ability to work on own initiative
Excellent team-working skills with willingness and ability to engage with others at all levels of the organization
Ability to analyze information and present it in a clear, concise way to scientific and corporate audiences
Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a 3-month remote contract role to be performed in the Western European time zone.
