What youll do

Supporting customers with day-to-day tasks, promoting independent living in the community through a combination of community-based and in-service support.

Encouraging independence and celebrating wins

Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first

Working collaboratively to empower our customers

Homelessness service (large 50 bed service)

You have

Passion to support our customers to live their best lives

Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally

The ability to work?on your own initiative, staying?calm and positive under pressure

Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs

A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits

Week 1: 7:00am to 3:00pm (short week due to weekend working), Week 2: 11:00am to 7:00pm, and Week 3: 9:00am to 5:00pm, with one weekend in every three worked as 12-hour shifts.

You'llwork as part of a team of six full-time Support Workers.

You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)

You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
