Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with an Oldbury based organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger/Payroll Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to their continued success. There is also the chance to manage 3 members of transactional staff.
The main duties of the role include (but are not limited to)
Processing steel invoices (COS)
Processing non-steel invoices & expenses
AP/expense payments & allocation
Bi-monthly cash forecasts
Supporting month-end close & reporting
Managing the Time & Attendance System -hours & holidays
Payroll, pension & P11D admin
Weekly/monthly bank recs
Quarterly VAT return preparation
Supporting external audits
General admin to include purchasing of consumables etc.
