Who are they? One of Londons most respected independent hospitality groups, known for creating distinctive neighbourhood venues with great food, drinks and genuine personality.
This is a busy, established gastro pub operating across two floors and trading seven days a week from morning through to night. From breakfast and lunch through to dinner, Saturday brunch and a big Sunday roast trade, its a true all-day neighbourhood business with a strong food focus and a loyal local following.
Alongside the day-to-day operation, the venue hosts events, weddings and private hires throughout the year , creating plenty of opportunity for an entrepreneurial GM to continue developing the business.
Currently trading around £22k£28k per week , the foundations are already strong. Theyre now looking for an experienced General Manager who can nurture whats working, develop the team and unlock the potential to push sales towards £26k£32k+ per week .
What youll get up to? Take full ownership of a busy, food-led gastro pub, leading from the front and setting the standard for exceptional hospitality across every daypart.
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to deliver consistently brilliant food, drinks and service while maintaining strong commercial controls across labour, GP, stock and overall profitability.
Build on an already successful operation by identifying opportunities to grow sales, strengthen key trading occasions and turn more local guests into loyal regulars.
Maximise the potential of events, weddings and private hire , ensuring the venue becomes an obvious choice for celebrations and occasions within the local community.
Continue developing Saturday brunch and Sunday roast while ensuring breakfast, lunch and dinner trade remain commercially strong throughout the week.
Coach and develop an established team, creating clear accountability while maintaining the warmth, personality and genuine hospitality that makes a great neighbourhood pub.
