Guest Relations Manager- Luxury Edinburgh Apartments
As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong relationships with guests at our client’s establishment. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality service and attention to all guests. Your role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating special requests, and maintaining a positive image of the company ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Customer facing:
Manage bookings, guest information and payments
Managing guest expectations, along with onsite guest support
Handling any sensitive data
Managing guest enquiries – phone/email/in-person
Upselling by organising/creating add-ons and packages
Managing effectively any guest complaints
Coordinating guest feedback
Housekeeping:
General understanding
Communicate and coordinate guest requests
Maintenance:
Basic overview
Basic H&S knowledge
Basic knowledge of how to fix.
