Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us as a Sous Chef, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our culinary offerings and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. The sous chef will be responsible for leading, training and motivating a team through production and service. Ensuring our high standards are maintained in your department whilst assisting in all other kitchens and BOH areas.
Eataly London is home to 4 restaurants and a production kitchen:
A traditional Italian grill restaurant Terra
A classic, high quality, casual Italian Pasta + Pizza
A marketplace restaurant, complete with fresh food counters Cucina del Mercato

WERE LOOKING FOR
Experience at a Sous Chef level or equivalent in high volume, high quality kitchen
Strong knowledge of grill cooking
Available to work flexibly across morning, afternoon and evening shifts falling between 8am and 11pm.
Knowledge of high-quality Italian food and dishes
People management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
Ability to work well as part of a large senior team
Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
Fluent in English
