What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Engineer, you’ll become the go‑to technical hero for our UK and Ireland customers. Expect a mix of:

• Helping engineers apply IDEA StatiCa to real projects (steel & concrete)
• Solving design challenges that involve connections, members, anchoring, and BIM workflows
• Delivering fun and insightful training sessions (yes, we make them fun!)
• Turning real‑life engineering issues into product improvements
• Joining webinars, workshops and tech events where you actually enjoy presenting
• Being part of a team shaping the future of structural engineering

This is engineering meets people skills meets innovation — with no 2 days the same.

What We’re Looking For

• A structural/civil engineering background (degree level)
• 4+ years of practical structural design experience
• Solid understanding of steel connections and/or concrete member design
• Experience with IDEA StatiCa (or similar) is a huge plus
• Someone who enjoys helping others, and can explain complex things simply
• Based in/near London
