Job Purpose
Leading and managing the Supported Accomodation in accordance with its ethos, ensuring high-quality outcomes and care as defined in the home’s statement of purpose.
General Duties
Provide services, including supervision and management of the staff, planning for care and placement, safeguarding, communications, reporting, and quality and compliance monitoring.
