Due to continued expansion they require 2 additional Transport administrators to work withing the administration department in their Selby office. Duties include:
• Working mainly on their inhouse management system and the system which supports their network of partners to follow through deliveries to their end destination
• Inputting traffic jobs
• Dealing with a high volume of queries via phone and email
• Monitoring deliveries are running on time and liaising with the relevant partners to update them of any issues/delays
• Liaising internally with their traffic department with regard to any changes or updates to the system
• Assisting the Transport Team with administration requirements and booking forms
• Processing proof of deliveries of goods
The roles requires skills/experience in:
• Customer service via email and phone
• High level of attention to detail with administration
• A team player who is happy to help others...
