The Transport Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Reconciliation of Transport Orders and database system ensuring customers' invoices are correct prior to being raised.
* Checking Customer Transport Orders/ paperwork has been completed correctly.
* Reconciliation of Employee Timesheets
* Completing weekly costs sheets in Microsoft excel for weekly billed customers.
* Updating customer portals with PODs & other relevant paperwork

* Ensure all telephone calls/emails are answered in a timely fashion.
* General Filing and Database updating
* Any additional tasks as required by the Accounts Manager

* Flexible approach to various day to day tasks
* Confident telephone manner
* Strong computer skills with a sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Own Transport to get to work is essential
