IT Hub Administrator: Primary Care IT & Data Support

Job Description

Healthwest Primary Care Network in Bristol seeks an IT Hub Administrator to provide hands-on IT and administrative support across four GP practices. You will handle service desk requests, support EMIS, Docman and Microsoft 365, aid with online patient services and data reporting, and help maintain practice systems.

You’ll join a proactive team, manage onboarding/offboarding, assist with NHS App queries and collaborate with external support providers to minimise disruption to staff and patient
