Technical Systems Engineer - Client-Focused IT & Cloud

Job Description

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support and infrastructure maintenance across client sites. The role requires ownership of issues from diagnosis to resolution while liaising with customers and internal teams.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and RMM platforms, with emphasis on security standards, deployments and effective service delivery. A strong customer-service mindset and team collaboration are essential.
