Retail Supervisor | Fashion Retail | Richmond, London | Up to £32,000 + Commission + BenefitsWe are recruiting an experienced Retail Supervisor / Senior Sales Consultant / Keyholder to join a successful premium fashion retailer in Richmond, London.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in fashion retail management, working within an established, founder-led British brand known for contemporary fashion, accessories and exceptional customer service.The RoleAs Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, motivating the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.You will be hands-on and highly visible on the shopfloor, leading by example and helping to create a commercial, energetic and customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and key retail KPIs including ATV, UPT and customer captureSupport, motivate and develop the store team while leading from the shopfloorDeliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with returning clientsMaintain excellent visual merchandising, stock and store standardsSupport daily store operations and take responsibility for the shopfloor during key trading periodsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with experience as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Consultant, Keyholder or Assistant Manager within fashion, premium retail, luxury retail or another service-led environment.You will be commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and passionate about people, product and customer experience.
